1. Digital Delivery (Access to Content)

NewSkyFast provides digital access to news content and features based on the package you purchase (for example: 1 month, 6 months, or 12 months). After your payment is successfully processed: * You will receive a confirmation email to the email address used at checkout. * Access is granted digitally via your account (or via an access link/credentials, depending on your checkout flow). * In most cases, access is available immediately after payment confirmation. If activation is delayed, it is typically completed within a short time. Nothing is shipped physically. All services are delivered online. 2. Refund Policy (Digital Services)

Because NewSkyFast provides digital content access, refund eligibility depends on whether access was successfully delivered and whether the service has been used. A) When a refund may be approved We may approve a refund in the following situations: 1. Access not delivered: You were charged but did not receive access, and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time. 2. Major technical issue on our side: A platform problem prevents you from accessing paid content for a significant period, and our support team is unable to fix it. 3. Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same order/package. B) When refunds are not available Refunds are generally not available in these situations: * You have already received access and used the service (for example: logged in, viewed paid content, or otherwise consumed subscriber content). * Dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., topic selection, writing style, frequency of updates), as the service is content-based. * Issues caused by your device, browser, internet connection, VPN, email settings, or other factors outside our control. * Requests made after the applicable refund window (see below). C) Refund request window Unless local consumer laws require otherwise, refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of purchase. If you received immediate access and started using the service, you may lose the right to a refund for that purchase (this is common for digital content/services).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@newskyfast.com and include: * Full name * Email used for purchase * Order ID / transaction reference * Reason for the request * Any screenshots or details (if relevant) We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.

4. Refund Method & Processing Time

* Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. * Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take 5–10 business days (sometimes longer depending on banks/providers).

5. Cancellation / Non-Renewal

If your package is time-limited access (e.g., 1/6/12 months) and does not auto-renew, access will simply expire at the end of the purchased period. If your checkout includes any renewal option, you can cancel renewal (if applicable) by contacting support@NewSkyFast.com.

6. Fair Use & Content Protection

NewSkyFast content is provided for personal use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or republish paid content without written permission. Abuse, sharing accounts, or attempts to bypass access controls may result in suspension without refund.
